| Old Town Trolley Becomes "Official"
with the Red Sox; New "Lunch on the Green Monster" Tour Available This Summer
The Boston Red Sox have teamed up with Old Town Trolley Tours – named the “Official Trolley Tour” of World Champions – to offer an exclusive opportunity this summer to both resident and visiting Sox fans. Available exclusively through Old Town Trolley, the new “Lunch on the Green Monster” tour will allow participants to enjoy a box lunch on top of the fabled Fenway fence, an object in baseball well-known by all, and feared by opponents. Available on non-home game days (weather permitting) at 11:30AM, this exclusive 90-minute tour combines the “standard” Fenway Park Tour with the exclusive midday repast high above left field. The tour departs from the Red Sox Team Store at 19 Yawkey Way. During the tour, you will get a “behind-the-scenes” look at the entire park, including the Press Box and the State Street Pavilion Club. Then, you’ll enjoy a special box lunch containing a famed Fenway Frank, a box of Cracker Jacks, fresh fruit, dessert, and bottled water. A vegetarian lunch is also available on request. Tickets for this special opportunity cost $50 per person. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance through Old Town Trolley. Again, this special tour will be held only on days when no home game is scheduled.
