As we approach Veteran’s Day, I think we can all agree that those who have served our country in the armed forces are the most Superlative of all the readers of this site. And for those of us who aren’t veterans, we are indebted to those who were veterans.

For an eighth year, McCormick and Schmick’s will be “putting its ‘menu’ where its mouth is.” On Sunday, November 5, McCormick and Schmick’s will offer to all US veterans a free lunch or dinner entrée at both its Boston locations (Park Plaza Hotel and Faneuil Hall).

For you vets who plan to avail yourself of this offer (and you should), it’s probably best to make reservations. And don’t forget to bring the appropriate identification
